So this one brought some new challenges! I got tired of just taking a photo of the moon, cropping it down and thinking “yeah, that’s good enough”. This time, I took almost 200 photos and stacked them together, learned what wavelets are and that subtle edits bring out the most defined changes. I’m really happy with how this one turned out and I can’t wait to keep pushing the envelope for even more!

This one was INTENSE! I pulled up to a packed Bells Beach, found a decent spot amongst other photographers and was able to witness the aurora with the naked eye. We spent the following few hours marvelling at the pillars of light dancing across the sky!
