A huge congratulations to Lucy and cast for winning Flickerfest 2024 Best Australian Comedy Short Film. It was a pleasure to work on this project with Lucy, a well deserved win!

Moral-abiding feminist comedian, Rach, receives a massive blow after a show when she is rejected by the agent she was so hungry for. Rach’s brother Benny takes her out to his work Christmas drinks as a means to cheer her up. But in his world of sales bro’s Rach is pushed to see if she’s got the “tenacity” to survive in their world. Will she flip on her morals and throw her integrity to the wind to step up to their plate?

The world premiere of feature documentary ’Abebe - Butterfly Song’, at MIFF on Sunday night, was a sell out and critical success! We are so delighted to have shared the opportunity to work on this beautiful project.

If you missed it, there is a second and final screening this Saturday 19th August, at 4pm, at the Kino 2.
