Family hike this arvo, up and around the mountain ⛰️

Must say super proud of my little family it's not any easy climb. It ended up being 3km, and that's one hell of a long hike for a 3 year old, but smashed it (daddy may have had to carry him a few times to keep up with & ).

All in all, it is a good way to spend time with the family 🖤

Chili & Lime is such the perfect combo for chicken tacos 💯

Breakfast Tip❗️Elevate your eggs with some Romesco this plant-based sauce that originated from Valls in Catalonia, Spain 🇪🇸

The fishermen in this area made this sauce to be eaten with fish. But it pairs so well with some crusty bread and poached eggs 👌🏼

It is typically made from any mixture of roasted tomatoes and garlic, toasted almonds, pine nuts, and/or hazelnuts, olive oil, and ñora peppers/capsicum. Flour or ground stale bread may be used as a thickener or to provide texture 🍞

Highly recommend trying it on your morning eggs 🌄
