in Mt Eliza is the kind of destination you plan a day around. Sunset aperitif, a table that settles in quickly, and a menu that knows exactly what it’s doing. The room has that polished Peninsula ease, and the team carry you through it all without ever making a show of it.
A lot of what lands on the table comes from their own regenerative farm out in Rocklyn, which gives everything a bit more clarity and intent. You eat well, you drink well, and before you know it you’re lingering over a moka and an amaro, wondering how it got so late.
