BTKA honed their junglist skills on the dance floors of Sankeys Soap and the backstreets of Manchester before bringing their passion for jungle and rave to Melbourne just ahead of lockdown. Since then, BTKA has played park parties, doofs, and events with Agape Audio, Sub Yard Sound, and ReFreq The Creek while also appearing for Flowstate, Raveforest, Back2Breaks, Stomping Grounds, DnB Mondays, Boombassstick, and more. Magoo on her first Australian tour, playing on London’s iconic Weekend Rush, Area 3000, and hosting a monthly show on Subtle Radio. BTKA has also delivered live sets on Kiss FM and made sixteen appearances under their promoter alias, Negative Pace.

While Jo navigates the daily impact of her disability, her fierce determination & drive are never held back on her good days. Armed with a discographic memory blending old sounds with new. Showing passion using music as a form of therapy/escapism. Jo's impact on the scene reflects the importance of diversity/inclusivity in the underground industry.
