📢 The R&D Tax Incentive form has had its first major overhaul in 4 years.

The legislation hasn’t changed — but the way companies must now complete their applications has.

Expect:

✅ Explain equipment and facilities used
✅ Confirm ownership, control and risk
✅ Describe evidence reviewed to determine unknown outcomes
✅ Longer fields, structured questions and minimum response lengths
