Looky here! Andrew Bolt has responded to my article about the Million Flag Patriots in Independent Australia, 'The media still thinks I run the United Patriots Front'!

Bolt writes in his blog:

"The Left must think there aren't enough real racists and gun nuts to hate, so they invent more. First Al Jazeera funds a fake gun lobby, fooling One Nation. Now journalists have been fooled by this fake. [...] The fact that such fakes get so much traction proves how few real racists and evil gun lobbyists there are."

He's also managed to quote half of my article whilst not understanding a single word of it, making himself guilty of the same ineptitude I accused the mainstream media of. Good job, Andrew!

I'd remind him that a parody by its definition requires a subject or an original work to be a parody of, but there's no need. There's an exhaustive list of real racists to be found in Bolt's list of interviewees over the past few years. But why do any research? Look in a mirror! Bolt himself is in the rareified category of Actual Convicted Racist - and as he refuses to shut up I hardly consider that we've 'run out' of him.

Maybe he was put off by my description of him in the article as a "paid sounding board for Australian far-right extremist ideas". Not sure! He failed to quote that bit. Anyway, why don't you read the article and test yourself to see if your reading comprehension skills surpass Andrew Bolt's? Good luck!:

Frankly, slackbastard, we think it’s shameful that you didn’t include Our Five Flag General. He may have gone full turncoat in June and vanished offline like a total coward, but isn’t that what most of them do at some point? Anyway, you can’t deny he did more for patriotism in those 6 months than any of these maggots have done in their entire lives.

Still, go and put your vote in for one of these disgraceful pieces of s**t. It’s a tradition! Personally, I’m voting for Paul ‘Guru’ Franzi - and I urge all neo-patriots to do the same.

(By the way: no word at all from our erstwhile National President, the missing Five Flag General. Sorry, everyone. A neo-patriot got in touch recently to tell us that they spotted an enormous man on Main Beach in Byron Bay, dressed in a tattered flag cape and an ' ' T-shirt.

Reportedly, the man was playing didgeridoo really badly and was accompanied by a psy-trance DJ sporting a feathered headdress. I'm dubious, because that doesn't sound like the General I know. But who knows? He's a leftist now, and that sounds like some really leftist s**t.

I cannot hide it. Last night, I shed tears for our lost triple flag.

I sooked.

It is said that a patriot might die for their flag, but only a neo-patriot would live on to see it thrice-improved.

What of the flag that can't make it, then? What if all your sacrifice and struggle still is not enough to save the life of the flag you love?

Last night I found myself weeping uncontrollably, screaming myself hoarse in the Triple Flag Flags factory showroom under a pile of unsold Guam hand flags. I couldn't drive home to my property in Rockbank. I couldn't face my family.

What breaks my true blue Aussie heart is that our Government expects us to pump billions of dollars into ISIS, Agenda 26 AND Safe Schools, while bussing patriots into prisons en masse simply for being politically incorrect - and yet what happens when we lose one of our best? A true Australian triple flag? The future of our nation?

Nothing. No treason, no hangings, no punishment. More Islams, that's what happens.

It's a grim time for the Million Flag Patriots.

No word from the General still, I'm sorry to say. He's gone. I hope you're all joining us in mourning the loss of a triple.
