🇦🇺 ANZAC Day. Every year it just seems to get bigger! When I started volunteering here we just had a cassette player sitting in the ground with about 30 people standing around it. Today there could be thousands! 🇦🇺

🔴🎙️ This weekend has again been dedicated to ANZAC Day for the Upwey Belgrave RSL & Running Rabbits Military Museum.

Beck Sian has made life so easy for me smashing out both the Australian and New Zealand national anthems (including the Māori part 🌟) against both backing tracks and also A Capella versions. (what a pro! 🎶👌🏻🌟)

Next week I’ll be busy prepping them for use, and for sharing with a local high school. 🇦🇺

(by the way, for the audio nerds out there - like me - the Austrian Audio OC818 is outrageously good 😳)

🇦🇺 This week’s project is all about ANZAC Day.

Our fantastic local community radio station (3MDR 97.1 FM) has a great working relationship with the Upwey Belgrave RSL & Running Rabbits Military Museum, and so we’ve been puttiing together a promo for the day.

Michael Coe (a long term member and volunteer at the RSL) smashed it in one take, and recording his perfect radio voice was a real pleasure l! 🎙️🌟

So now it’s up to me to get it prepped and published for the station. Lest We Forget 🇦🇺
