Alright this week has been a big one!!!

It's fair to say I was surprised for Harry and Meghan to reach out and ask to tag along with my mobile butchering. In the past Harry's just been keen on a good steak and some low key froffs.

I had a lot of fun with Harry and Meghan this week, Harry was super hands on but as he said " I'm not here to f**k spiders"
Megan, well let's just say she appreciates the work but much prefers to talk traceability and eating paddock to plate!

And yes Meghan I'm more than happy for you to feature me in one of your cook books.

Thanks for coming along and getting balls deep in some mobile butchering, it's great to hear you guys like to eat nose to tail back home on the farm.

Harry really is a true gentleman 👏 he sat in the back seat of the cruiser all week to let Meg's sit shotgun 😀

Have you seen a Mandalong Special before? Yesterday was my first and he looked very similar to a Santa Gertrudis or Brahman.

I've had some bloody good quality animals over the hood in the last few weeks.

4.5 year old Speckle Park X Friesian steer.

With primals this large and the cut list having chucks, Blades and the butts(back legs) getting diced i was drowning in little cubes of beef 🤣

I've just had a booking moved to April so that means someone is going to be a lucky duck and snap up a quick booking!

30th January available for slaughter date with cut up on the 6th February 🤯

Reach out asap, first in best dressed peeps so if your wanting a steer or lambs done asap let me know?
If not my next few available spots are in March and April before your looking at May onwards for bookings 😉
