You may have noticed we’ve been a little harder to reach by phone recently, and we apologise for that. Due to an unexpected situation, we’ve had to make some sudden changes to our staffing.

The good news is that, thanks to Pipeline Media, we now have a website where you can easily request a service online. We encourage you to use this option for a faster and more efficient experience.

You can find our website at www.kimselectronics.com.au

Hey everyone,

We just wanted to let you know that from today, there’ll be a small increase to our callout fees. This change helps us keep up with rising costs and continue giving you the great service you know and expect from us.

We really appreciate your support and understanding — it means a lot! If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.

Just to give everyone a bit of an update, and explanation: Samuel recently sustained an injury which resulted in having to cancel a number of bookings. We are working hard to catch up on these bookings, as well as fit everyone else in.

Samuel will be having surgery soon to remedy the injury, which means he'll be out of action for a few weeks.

We are still accepting bookings, but please note that there will be extended wait times.

Thank you all for your patience, we look forward to working with you soon.
