10 years old! I tell you what, it’s not always easy seeing the work you did 10 years ago (Dutch angle anybody? How about 20? 😂) but I always like working with Grant because he always liked doing something different.

Nice to see it’s aged better than I have in that time.

Had a great time putting this one together for C21 Grant Smith Property - Something a little different. And what do you know? No doubt we'll hear how well it went for them soon. 👍

Deliberately avoided drone shots and the el cheapo zoom transition pack that has become so ubiquitous as to become meme these days with providers of Real Estate Video.

Every time we step out, we seek to capture the feeling of a place and an experience. Living in a home is so much more about how many bedrooms it has and once you're living in it, you won't often experience the view from a drone. So if it doesn't look cool from the ground, then seeing it from the air won't help you much.

To achieve something like this, we let the photo's do the heavy lifting as far as showing the space. Let the video do what's it's supposed to. . .make people feel something. 🙏

A little while back we did a favour for our good friend in the Whitsundays, Justin from Open home films & photography and covered something special in his patch while he was grading a feature or something like that. It was fun. We love the Whitsundays. . .And Justin. :)
