Coaches Corner - Joining Spook under the cone of silence is friend of the Halftime Heroes, great mate of Spooks and all around nice guy, Zach Horsley. Zach brings Spook through his playing days all be it as a back pocket specialist. When Zach was identified as having what it takes to be a Senior Coach he took the opportunities given and ran with them, worth a listen if looking at getting into coaching.

Spooks Soap Box - It blew up Socials and it blew up the internet, if you missed it you're under a rock....Spook says that if you're going to have an affair and get busted at a Coldplay concert at least make sure she's hotter than your wife....poor form Mr. CEO.

Sus's Pallets - If you toot ya horn at Riley D'arcy during a shot on goal you will get a SAS style spray from the legend of Frankston YCW..... AND enough of this crap about clubs reporting from Game Vision, the league put in place recordings of games for multiple reasons, there are people in the MPFNL Community and its media that can't wrap their head around the fact the Clubs are allowed to report incidents to the league if an umpire misses a call and or a report during the game.....enough, it's embarrassing!!!

Sus's Pallets - The Heroes went down to support their great mate and regular Chris Gamble, Snr Coach of Somy FNC. Sus nearly killed a kid and blew out a knee at the same time when he tripped down the steps in front of the rooms.....Devon Meadows, you need Hazard tape on those steps, we nearly lost the Cheif!!

Spooks Soap Box - Alllll Cafes, you're on notice, when making a long black put the right effing amount of cold water in it so Spook doesnt burn his mouth, like Molten Lava it is!!!

Round 12 - With a couple of tight finishes and a belting in Div 1 there is plenty to talk about. Div 2 had 3 thrashings, you have to feel for those clubs still finding their feet, trying to rebuild whilst competing is no easy task. Listen to the Heroes unwrap Round 12.

Round 11 - With some surprising results and near losses the Heroes unwrap the round and look to the upcoming Round 12. Kane Eagles helps the Heroes review round 11 in Div 2 and the Heroes turn to this week's Round 12 in the MPFNL. A Third Division rears its ugly head, Kane and Spook go head to head with their opinions.

Special Guest - Kane Eagles, Snr Assistant, RYE FNC.

Coaches Corner - Kane and the Commish get down and dirty, Kane confirms that he can't hear anything under the cone of silence for the doubters. The Commish pries information from Kane on his background, his coaching/playing in the MPFNL and his passion for enhancing the talent in MPJFL.

Spooks Soap Box - We haven't seen it since 2019....it's time to bring back Interleague footy back to the MPFNL and the Heroes couldn't be more on board, coaches, The Board and AFLSE you're on tice!!!!

Sus's Pallets - We want nothing but to help clubs, Tyabb FNC are struggling for numbers and it's not helping with a junior team getting absolutely spanked each and every week because they're competing in a high division......AFLSE, this needs attention - it's all about kids in sport, we don't need junior players leaving.
