Hi Community,
This post is specifically for a Female Tenant 2023.
I have a room to rent in a relaxed home and on a quiet street - available now. The room is freshly painted and renovated.
Weekly rent is $250 and includes all bills and internet.
You will have:
- Your own room with the privacy of door lock and wardrobe.
- Private ensuite - shower, vanity and toilet.
- Furnish your own room and how you want it to feel/look.
- Bills includes: internet, gas, water and electricity.
- Access to the kitchen, dining area and lounge room with television (shared spaces).
- You will have access to secure parking in the drive way, with a fence to ensure privacy.
- Outdoor patio with beautiful nature and the morning sun where you can relax with breakfast and a beverage or in the afternoon after a day of working hard or unwinding at the end of the week.
- If you have items you need to stored (within the space parameters) I will make room in the garage.
- You will be close to local shops, shopping centres, train stations and buses are frequent. The M11 is 5 minutes around the corner to go either to the peninsula or the other direction to the city.
- Beaches are no longer than a 10-minute drive.
- There is an amazing Nature Reserve if you enjoy walking, need space to clear your mind and would love to see the diverse Australian wildlife. There are panoramic views of Melbourne City and the Dandenong Ranges. It is truly spectacular!
The Tenant:
- Female
- Christian Faith
- Working professional or secure employment
- Healthy life style (no smoking and no alcohol)
- Responsible and trustworthy
- No pets (sorry)
To move in:
- Tenant to provide 2 x referees, whom I can contact.
- Bond is $1250 (one month and one week’s rent).
- Rent is paid into a designated bank account (weekly or fortnightly).
- Sign the tenant agreement form with conditions and expectations of renting.
- Arrangements for period of renting – no less than 6 months. Tennant can decide what is suitable for their individual situation (short term or long term).
A Happy Home:
- Respectful behaviours and accountability.
- Boundaries and honest communication.
- Solution focused (with noise, schedules, parking etc).
