🎬 That’s a wrap on the School Holiday Workshops! 🎨🎶

What an incredible couple of weeks! From songwriting to painting, music production, DJ'ing, shirt design and more - we had an amazing time creating, learning and making noise with all of you. 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us across the holidays – your energy, creativity, and enthusiasm made it very cool!

Now... we’re ready to roll into Term 3! Weekly lessons kick off this week and we can’t wait to keep the creative momentum going. Whether you're continuing from the holidays or jumping in for the first time – we’re excited to be back in the studio making music and art! 🖌🎸🎨🎧🥁🎹

Big day of creativity at Moss Vale Arts Factory! 🎨👕

Today we had a big day of creativity at Moss Vale Arts Factory, with students diving into expressive portraits and landscapes, then switching gears to design epic custom shirts full of flair and originality. From brush to fabric, the ideas flowed and the results were incredible—big thanks to everyone who joined us and to our amazing facilitators for bringing it all to life! 🎨👕🖌️

The creative vibes were flowing – painting, drawing, jamming, beat-making, a truly epic session💥

It was great seeing the Factory buzzing with energy – open doors, open minds, and a space where ideas could run wild.

🥁 Introducing Morrisey – Our New Drum Teacher at Moss Vale Arts Factory!🥁

We’re pumped to welcome Morrisey to the River Road team as our resident drum teacher at the Moss Vale Arts Factory!

With a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Music) and a Master of Teaching under his belt, Morrisey brings serious rhythm and real classroom chops. He’s taught across NSW public high schools and knows exactly how to fire up a room full of young creatives.

While drums are Morrisey’s primary instrument, like many of our River Road teachers, he’s a multi-instrumentalist—proficient on both guitar and piano!

🪘 Students will explore key drumming foundations including stick control, timing, rudiments, and full-kit coordination—while also jamming, improvising, and building their own style along the way.

📍Find Morrisey in the studio at Moss Vale Arts Factory, now offering private lessons and group drumming sessions for all levels. Reach out to us if keen to book in!
