What a huge day yesterday!
Grateful for the Mount Gambier & District Su***de Prevention Network and in particular Sarah McInerney for getting my pipe dream from last year well and truly off the ground!
Very positive outcomes and vibes at the game I was at!
Well done to the coaches/club people who made speeches to the Netball and football players pre game!
Congratulations to all the players who won medals!

Bring on 2027 where we will make it bigger and better!

We’re proud of this important initiative bringing our community together for mental health 💛

The Su***de Prevention Network is teaming up with the LT- Let’s Talk Podcast for a special Mental Health Round, proudly supported by the Limestone Coast Football Netball League - Est. 2024

This collaboration highlights the power of sport, conversation, and community in breaking down stigma and encouraging open discussions around mental health.

A huge thank you also to Flinders University and their Rural and Remote Grants Program for helping make this initiative possible.

Across the round, we’ll be promoting awareness, breaking stigma and reminding everyone that support is always within reach.
