Happy Fathers Day to our dear Dad.

The kids are really blessed to have a great man for a Dad, who does everything for them to have a good life. You spend time to do things to create memories that they will treasure forever. You go above and beyond so that they have a comfortable life and also instill in them core values to be good human being, always respectful, caring and mindful of those around them, from the smallest and biggest creatures.

I know this stage will pass, so I’m soaking it all in while I can.

He is 6 nearly 7, so I know moments like this will slowly lessen

He will grow older and be more and more independent and won’t need mum to tuck him to bed, or at times like tonight ask me to stay a little longer and cuddle him to sleep.

I know and I accept that it’s part of them growing up, but I also know that I will miss it a lot😫😭

So while he is still a bit clingy to mummy, I will make the most of it and won’t pass every opportunity, because I know how fast it goes.

It’s true what they say watching your baby grow is bitter sweet, it’s slowly saying goodbye to their needing mum all the time to being independent….

And that is heartbreakingly beautiful🥹
