Imagine coming to a fork in the road.

The road to the left is bitumen, it has guide posts all the way along and guard rails on the corners to keep you safely on the road.

The sign says 100km to your final destination!

Everyone seems to be taking that road.
It makes sense after all.

You look down the road to the right. Its gravel. You can already see there are potholes, its narrow and winding.

The sign reads 4x4 only. 1000km to paradise. Drive at your own risk.

You sit and contemplate a while.

Your journey so far hasn’t been easy.

You’ve gone through a lot to get this far! Your tired, your hungry and now your only 100km from your final destination. The place you’ve been trying to get to your whole life!

Its crazy to think of going in any other direction. Imagine what people would say if you did, youd be a crazy fool!

And yet theres a part of you that’s curious about the road less travelled.

Whats paradise like? Is it worth it?

What kind of people have travelled down that road before you?

You take a deep breath.

The safe road is there, waiting, with its comforts and certainty. But something inside you knows that real adventure, real freedom lies in the unknown.

You choose the gravel road. Not because it's easy, but because you know deep down that paradise isn't meant to be easy. It's meant to be extraordinary.

Why wait to do something your future self will thank you for?

Lately, things I’ve seen, read, and experienced has led me to make changes in how I eat.

But this time, it's different. It's not the usual “I’ll start eating healthy on the 1st of next month, exercise six times a week, and stick to it no matter what.” Setting unrealistic expectations like that has led me to “failure" in the past.

In my experience, breaking promises to yourself is the quickest way to lose trust in yourself, and that impacts every decision you make in life. But that’s a topic for another day!

This time, it feels more like a natural, easy transition. It’s not a major overhaul, maybe not even a ‘transition,’ really.

It’s more of a subtle shift in my relationship with food—how I view it, how it makes me feel, and what it does for my body.

I’m not aiming for perfection. I’ll still enjoy my chocolate! But it’s more about making choices that satisfy those cravings without the guilt of knowing I just consumed six teaspoons of sugar in a tiny chocolate bar 🤪

What feels different this time is the ease of it. Rather than telling myself, "I’ll start eating better on the 1st of November" or "Christmas is coming; I’ll wait until January," I’ve already started.

Last week, I made small changes, and by 2025 (just 75 days away!), I know I’ll be feeling better—physically and mentally—than if I had waited for the ‘perfect time.’

And this goes for everything in life.

Did you know I started my online business in December? Statistics show that more people join the online space in December than any other month because they understand that to see change in the new year, you’ve got to start preparing now.

So, how can you set yourself up POWERFULLY for 2025 right now, rather than waiting?

• Maybe it’s improving your diet to feel more energized.
• Maybe it’s committing to a consistent exercise routine to feel better in your body.
• Or maybe you’ve been thinking about how to earn more money so the rising cost of living isn't such a drag.

Whatever it is for you, ask yourself: Why would I wait?
It doesn’t even make sense to put off what you know will support your future.

What small, sustainable change can you make today that your future self will thank you for?

Ever feel like you're just going through the motions?
I used to feel the same way, stuck in my mining job thinking, "This is as good as it gets, right?" 🤷🏼‍♀️

But what I really wanted was to just be doing more of what I loved!
Catching the sunrise at the beach with my fur baby.
Chilling with my horses like I have all day to be there.
Meeting friends for yummy lunch dates.
Spending time just BEing & working on myself.

Anyone else relate?

But there was such a big part of me that not only yearned for so much more, I also had a little voice that kept telling me, there's got to be more to life than this!

Have you ever thought that too?

When you put an intention out there and start asking questions (it's no coincidence my post is on your feed btw ✨️) doors begin to open!

Through a friend, I found an online business opportunity (direct sales) and at first it seemed too good to be true. I was skeptical. I stayed on the fence and watched for a while. I watched while my friend and others in the same space were succeeding while nothing was changing for me.

I decided to take a closer look and saw that the biz model actually aligns with all my values and so, although inexperienced & a bit nervous, I got started!

What I found was a community of like minded people with a common goal of building a life of choice & independence.

Thats when I knew I'd actually found the thing that was going to support me in achieving just that for myself too!

Don't be fooled! There is work to be done and it takes commitment, devotion & time to build a business, but once you see where your efforts can take you, you cant unsee it & its oh so worth it! 💪🏼

If you can spend 40 to 80 hours a week working for someone else, you can spend some time each day working for your own dreams and goals!

I'd really love to share this opportunity with you as well, come & see if you see what I saw! 🤩

I used to feel totally stuck in my mining job and thought, well, this was as good as it gets, that's just how life is for everyone...right? 🤷🏼‍♀️
