Local family owned and operated, Bay FM 88.0 is the Bayโ€™s favourite radio station and specifically serves the Tomaree and Tilligerry Peninsulas of Port Stephens, just north of Newcastle, NSW, Australia. Bay FM was first licenced on 28th April 1998

Bay FM has a music format of โ€œthe music you know and rememberโ€ by and large focusing on the great music of the 60s and 70s. This format is well suited

to the holiday atmosphere of the Peninsulas for all age groups and is specifically targeted to the over 45s, the age group which accounts for the bulk of residents. Our Announcers:

NSW RFS volunteers are ready to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round, attending a range of incidents from bush and grass fires to house and structure fires, road accidents and assisting at other events like floods, storms and searches.
