NMS PRESENTS: For one night only, high voltage yoch and roll legends, DAVE THE BAND.

Before bassist Max heads on an overseas adventure, NMS are throwing Dave one last gig at the King St Band Room on March 2nd. Like beer to a pub, Dave the Band are a staple in the Newcastle music scene. Their gigs are nights of legend and an essential tick on the bucket list of any Newcastle music fan.

After a 2 year hiatus, Dave played at the 2023 Carrington Crawl to a jam-packed Earp Warehouse, with the line to enter the building stretching around the corner. Talk to any one of the sweaty, screaming punters at that gig: their King St set is not one you wanna miss.

With another countdown complete, we’ve organised another packed CD release of all 50 tracks voted into the Steel City 50 countdown! A MASSIVE thanks you to all the artists involved for allowing us to use their tracks!

All 50 tracks are across 3 CDs with a 16 page booklet, housed inside a custom, bespoke 4 panel digipak with artwork from the incredible

Continuing on from the last two years, all profits from the project will be donated to Nova for Women and Children.
