A late 2025 Art vs Artist ✍🏻

I know im late but I’ve posted this every year so I thought it’s still worth a post, also I’m back from holidays!

I already did a little recap post of my year but I wanted to say another great thank you to everyone who has supported me on my journey! This year was a busy one, I was teaching graphic design online to high school students, had 3 books publish with my illustrations on them all written by Linda Rigby, I worked with some amazing clients, launched new products, moved states, got a full time job as a graphic designer and marketing coordinator, one year since publishing Tom the Capybara, hit 1k sales on Etsy and more! 💗

Let’s hope 2026 is a good one for everyone 🙌🏻😁

It’s time for a little holiday 🎄🍹

I’m officially out of office until the 5th of Jan, so any orders placed after the 19th won’t be dispatched until I’m back, but the shop is still open for orders.

I hope you’ve all had an amazing 2025. This year has been a big one!

I started the year working full time on my business, which was such a dream. Toward the end of the year though, I moved states and landed a dream job as a graphic designer and marketing coordinator for a pet-related company, so exciting!! I do miss working full time on my business, but for now this is where I’m at and how things are going for me. It’s been a little harder to work on my business lately, but I’m finding ways around it and I’ve officially got my first assistant! How cool!!

I also had 2 books I illustrated published this year (WOAH), all written by the lovely Linda Rigby. I have so many plans and ideas for the future of my business, and I truly wouldn’t be where I am without everyone's support, thank you so much 🤍

Ten Hungry Carrots is here! 🥕📘

I’m so excited to share that Ten Hungry Carrots authored by Linda Rigby and illustrated by me is officially published and out in the world!

This lovely children’s picture book is a fun, playful counting story up to 10, following the carrot family page by page. It’s a perfect way to share learning and laughs with young children as they explore numbers and carrots together.

Ten Hungry Carrots also supports families in encouraging children to enjoy vegetables. Through storytelling and play, it helps build confidence around tasting and eating healthy foods. The book even includes ideas for food-based play and practical tips to encourage veggie-loving, all researched by Linda, who specialises in nutrition and child development.

I absolutely loved illustrating this project with Linda, and it’s so special to finally see it published and out in the world. Truly a must-have for little readers 💛
