🇯🇵 Super Nintendo & Donkey Kong Country Land 🇯🇵

If you’re ever lucky enough to travel abroad to Japan, I highly recommend Universal Studios in Osaka.

Since my last visit in 2023, they have extended the world to now include Donkey Kong Country land!

What’s also great, it’s free to enter with your pass instead of a separated entry pass. Though I would recommend fast pass for rides as wait times are massive!

My honest opinion?

Nailed the decor. This part of the park will transport you back to the early 90s with your Super Nintendo.

Plenty to see and do here including a Mine Cart Rollercoaster.

The rollerocater itself? Short and sweet. It’s a 90 second, mild coaster. I personally wouldn’t line up 160 minutes for it (Fastpass is handy here) but it sure does look good!

Being that I was able to re-enter this part of the park later in the day, I took night photos of Super Nintendo Land to compare to 2023

📸 Rainbow Road Spotted In Odaiba, Tokyo 📸

I have returned to the land of Nintendo & PlayStation to discover Tokyos very own - Rainbow Road.

Although it is a staircase, I managed to witness a few familiar characters gliding down the track with eyes on victory. (Promise it’s not edited 😆)

This can be found outside of the Diver City building in Odaiba, just look for the giant Gundam Statue. Best observed at night where everything is lit up and looking its best 🤩

while i explore the land of the rising sun. 🇯🇵
