Investigations are underway after around 200 people, including 40 unregistered trail bike riders, gathered at the Ingall Street skate park in Mayfield yesterday.

Police were called to the park around 1 o'clock and PolAir was deployed from Sydney to monitor the situation.

Nearby streets were closed with traffic redirected due to safety concerns.
One woman was arrested and a police car was damaged during the incident.
They were there after a clothing brand social media post advertised it was giving away merchandise.

District commander Superintendent Kylie Endemi says police also had to deploy capsicum spray to break up a fight.

"Our investigators are currently trawling through footage from body worn video and police in-car video," said Superintendent Endemi.

"Those people can expect a knock at their door."
