A recent addition to the studio, the Pure Tube. Besides being absolutely stunning with that glowing tube for the world to see and the insanely over engineered shock mount (which is super cool)… it sounds brilliant too. I would describe it as flattering with with a smooth yet present top end. Perfect mic for pop vocals or a silky acoustic guitar recording! I’ve been loving it as a drum room mic too!
