Bent Eared Records is proud to announce the remastered re-release of the first EP from Townsville metal band Jumpstart Genocide .

Originally recorded and released in the mid-2000s, these tracks captured the band at their rawest — fast, loud, and unapologetically heavy. The EP has now been remastered by Bent Eared Records, giving the recordings new clarity and weight while keeping the grit and aggression of the original release intact.

It’s great to finally give these songs a proper digital home and make them accessible again for anyone who remembers the band — or for anyone discovering them for the first time.

🎶✨ Two weeks ago, Bent Eared Records had the privilege of providing full audio support for the talented musicians from Zions Hill Church during Aglow International’s week-long conference at The The Tramsheds Function Centre in Launceston.

With multiple sessions each day across the entire week, it was our job to make sure every note, every voice, and every moment was heard with clarity and impact. The energy, dedication, and passion from the musicians was inspiring, and we were proud to be behind the sound that carried their music and message.

A big thank you to Aglow International for hosting such a powerful event, and to the Zions Hill Church team for trusting us with the audio across so many sessions. 🙌

✨🚀 Golden Sunbird at the QVMAG Planetarium🌌🎶

In August, Tasmanian band Golden Sunbird delivered two breathtaking shows inside the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery Planetarium, taking audiences on an unforgettable intergalactic journey.

Blending art and music, the band created a one-of-a-kind experience where sound and visuals worked together to transport everyone far beyond Earth. It wasn’t just a concert — it was a voyage through space, imagination, and creativity. 🌠

We’re proud that Bent Eared Records provided the audio operation for these shows, ensuring every cosmic soundscape was as immersive and powerful as the vision itself. 🎛️🎶

These performances were truly unique to Tasmania— an inspiring collision of art, music, and atmosphere.
