When we dance, the brain lights up ~ coordinating movement, rhythm, balance, sensory input, memory and emotion in real time. We create new connections between what we hear, feel and do, while dancing with others adds another layer of synchrony and human connection. It’s a full-body conversation between your brain, your body and the people around you.

This Friday, DJ Wai takes us through 100 minutes of deep beats, rising energy and pure movement.
