Hindmarsh Shire Council CEO, Monica Revell, will be holding drop-in sessions, joined by Council’s Director Infrastructure Services, Ram, who will be available to talk about any infrastructure related questions.

🌞 Lessons are available for children aged 2.5 to 8 years, running on Mondays and Tuesdays across December and January.

|| HINDMARSH BUSINESS ASSISTANCE GRANTS AWARDED ||

At the Hindmarsh Shire Council meeting held on Wednesday 29 October, eight businesses were awarded Business Assistance Grants to assist with their business development as part of round one of the 2025/2026 grants program.

Successful businesses include: Bow Bakery Rainbow, Cambrelle’s Nhill, Mark Launer Plumbing Dimboola, Nhill Gutter Cleaning, Rainbow Learning Group and Neighbourhood House, Jasmine Garden Thai Restaurant Nhill, Desert Blooms Florist Dimboola and Dimboola Pottery.

We congratulate all successful businesses and can’t wait to see their funded projects take shape.

|| 16 DAYS OF ACTIVISM COLOUR RUNS AND BARBEQUES ||

Residents, community groups, businesses, organisations, schools and sporting clubs are invited to join us for a colour run and BBQ in Nhill, Dimboola, Rainbow and Jeparit in early December 2025.

Funded by the 16 Days of Activism grassroots initiative, these free events aim to bring awareness to gender-based violence and promote a safer community for all.
