FACES OF GREATER NOOSA
I’ve been quietly meeting with chefs, venues and producers across the region as the book, "Flavours of Greater Noosa: From the Hinterland to the Sea" takes shape. Now it’s time to start sharing some of the faces behind the book.
Today I’m with Oscar from the beautifully restored Kin Kin Hotel, a hinterland venue bringing heritage, local produce and country hospitality together in such a meaningful way.
This book is about celebrating the people who feed, grow, bake, pour and welcome across Greater Noosa, while also supporting Oz Bayldon’s Events4GreaterGood and locals in hospitality doing it tough.
Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing more chef and producer visits. If you know someone who belongs in this story, tag them below. We want this book to reflect the depth, diversity and heart of our region.
