A night in Darwin 🌅

We stayed at Discovery Parks which was a great, centrally located park on the outskirts of the city centre.

We opted for a drive through site which was well maintained and easy to access.
The facilities included two pools, which was welcomed on the bloody hot day when we arrived.

We hired a little Jimney to head into town to watch the sunset and to go for dinner. We managed to do both at the same time which was fantastic!

We then had a few sneaky cocktails and headed to bed for an earlyish night, ready for Berry Springs and Litchfield in the morning!

Ruby finally decided it was hot enough to have a shower, which was great because she was getting a little on the nose 👃🏻

The Discovery Parks & Resorts West Beach caters for EVERYONE and it’s bloody HUGE!

Episode 4 Broken Hill is now live on YT 🌾

In this episode I stay at Broken Hill Tourist Park, which was an awesome, centrally located park which had all of the bells and whistles.

I really loved how they encouraged guest to mingle by providing a fire, cheese and biccies of an afternoon. This was especially great when travelling solo like myself!

This park has loads of sites and cabins to choose from and the best showers I have probably experienced in a caravan park!

Adelaide River Jumping Croc Cruise 🐊

Adelaide River Cruises - Jumping Crocodile Experience

We had such a great time and experience on this cruise!

The Adelaide river is best known for for its jumping croc cruises and is an hour south of Darwin.

It was so cool to see these wild crocs up close and I walked away with a new appreciation for them and their personalities

We learnt so much on the tour and the guide was super knowledgeable and made sure everyone got to experience a croc up close

I highly recommend this if you are in Darwin!
