🚨 The two numbers that decide if your startup sinks or scales?: CAC+LTV�
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost): how much it costs your business to get a customer.�LTV (Lifetime Value): how much that customer spends with you, over time.

✨The Golden Rule: Your LTV should be at least 3x your CAC to keep you above water and running a healthy margin.�

How to lower CAC: organic growth, referrals, retargeting warm leads, collabs.�

How to increase LTV: subscriptions, bundles, loyalty perks, great experiences.

Bottom line: If CAC is controlled and LTV is strong, you’re filling a bucket that grows. If not… you’re pouring water into a leaky one.
