The Flow Artists Podcast is on pause.

This would usually be our episode publication day, but we’ve had a lot going on behind the scenes, including the death of Rane’s Dad.

We love recording the podcast and really appreciate everyone who listens and supports us, but it does take a lot of time and energy to schedule, research, record, edit and share each episode.

Keeping a sustainable balance between work, health, creative projects and family life is something we talk about about with many of our guests and we are going to listen to their wise advice to rest when you need to.

We are going to take a break and we look forward to returning in early 2027.

We are speaking with Moira Gordon in our latest episode.
Moira is a Director at the Yoga For Good Foundation (YFG), a Yoga Teacher, and runs Workshops that combine Yoga and Art to find your purpose, yARToga.

YFG supports yoga in the community with small grants for projects from the heart and innovation to bring the benefits of Yoga to those in need.

Many of Yoga for Good’s grant recipients focus on trauma informed practice, and making yoga more accessible to marginalised communities and Moira has many helpful suggestions for writing a successful grant proposal.
It’s a great conversation with lots of useful information and we hope you enjoy listening!

Our latest episode is live!!
We’re sharing the online launch of Jo's book: Eight Limbs of Aerial Yoga.
Jo and Rane both read chapters and are joined by some very special guests including:
Jivana Heyman of Accessible Yoga who kindly hosted the event and asked some great questions!
Danielle Raphael This Wild Soul Photography who was the photographer (of over 250 images!) and truly bought Jo's vision to life.
Maggie Turner Miguel who generously gave her time and energy modeling for some of the photos and also shared her perspective in the book as a 77 year old aerial yoga practitioner.
💚 We were also joined by many of the other lived experience contributors, friends and family - it was a really heartwarming event as an author and I hope you enjoy listening!
🐉 Eight Limbs of Aerial Yoga: Adapting Practice for Accessibility, Neurodiversity and Physical Support is published by Singing Dragon and is now available for purchase!
Head to the link in comments to find out more.
Special thanks to Yoga For Good for their support of this project!
