What an inspiring day for the future of reuse 👏🌱
We were grateful to be featured in Packaging News article “Melbourne venues trial scalable reuse systems”, which covers the recent Reusables Roundtable where Melbourne’s major venues, stadiums, festivals, precincts and reuse-service providers gathered to explore scalable, practical reuse systems.
With presentations from bettercup, WOSUP , and TOMRA , and a showcase featuring B‑Alternative, Cercle , Goodcup, Grounded Goods, Huskee, Reusably and Stack-Cup Australia™, the room was filled with genuine collaboration, open discussion and a shared determination to move reuse forward.
We had the opportunity to share Stack-Cup’s perspective, and it was fantastic connecting with so many people working toward the same goal. Events like this remind us just how strong the momentum for reuse really is.
A huge thank-you to Sustainability Victoria, the Boomerang Alliance, and everyone involved in coordinating this important conversation. Bringing together reuse innovators alongside organisations such as Tennis Australia, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, AFL and the City of Melbourne shows that large-scale implementation isn’t some distant idea — it’s achievable, and it’s already starting.
The energy, interest and willingness to collaborate made it clear: the reuse revolution is only just beginning.
