Dear Sir
The worse Experience In my Entire life .Today we had a Flight at 3:50 Nepal Airlines RA 230 . Due to Heavy Rain Flight was Delayed for 2 hr 25 Minutes and we flied at 6:22 During our Flight we had breakfast at 9:15 . There was Omlette , Spinach , Roasted Potato and Sausage.
The taste of the all food items are So disaster that there was no any taste Food was tasteless, No salt and Spicy , No eye appealing . All food items are not Cooked as per the standard . Spinach was Over Cooked , Roasted Potato was burned and Soggy , omlette looks like the food which is Cooked for sick patient . When we had food we feel like we are having Food which was not Cooked as per Standard.

My Advice for Nepal Airlines is to Check the Quality of Food and Standard. Keep the option of Sandwitch or Boiled Eggs . We already had Flight delayed and we are Super Hungry but when we got that food our temper level reached very high by seeing the Apprerance and taste of Food.

Those Chefs who are preparing this Food Should Taste this food before serving to Passenger.

This could be my Last flight in my life and i will Not Recommend Nepal To any one who is not taking Care of Passenger Interest.

If any Changes You Could be given that time only We will Consider .

Thank you for the safe Flight but we are really Un happy with Your Food and Beverage Service.
This is not only my bad experience all the passanger had same experience.
