Thank you to everyone who sent birthday wishes to Dan for his birthday. A simple card or letter does wonders to lift Dan's spirits.

Dan has now been incarcerated for 1012 days. When will this torture end? It is time for the Attorney-General to look at the cold hard facts of the case and stop this extradition.

There is an 89-page report, in fact, outlining all the ways this extradition charge is bogus.

6.30am on 's birthday and he's mopping the floors at Macquarie Maximum Security - his third birthday in prison with no Australian Charges.

The trained pilot, Australian citizen and father of six mops the floor every day as part of his "punishment" for doing his job as a flying instructor 13 year ago.

“Disturbing and heartbreaking.” Dan Duggan remains locked up with no Australian charges, missing his kids’ concerts, soccer games, school carnivals. He will spend another birthday locked up.

Dan’s Federal Court date has been changed to October 16.

The family is hoping that the Attorney-General Michelle Rowland MP will have read through the legal team’s submission, Saffrine’s letter and all the letters from Dan’s supporters and come to the conclusion that Dan should be set free.

The Duggans are facing huge legal bills, no legal aid and no ability to sell their property that has been seized by the DOJ.

The US indictment against Dan Duggan is filled with innuendo and falsehoods. The allegations against him are part of a US ideological war with China.

The Australian Attorney-General has the power to reject the US extradition request.

Dan Duggan’s youngest are heading back to school. Another school term beginning without their dad to hug them goodbye, to help with their lunches, to get them on the bus.

The trauma faced by this Aussie family is ever-present and ongoing. The Australian government has the power to release Dan, instead the Duggans have to go to the Federal Court to fight Dan’s extradition.
No legal aid, no property to sell, a parent locked up, unable to work.

All for politically motivated and deeply flawed allegations stemming from a very short work contract in 2012. He faces no Australian charges.

Dan Duggan was singled out and disallowed from having friends visit him in Macquarie Correctional Centre.

After a lot of distress, a number of letters to NSW Corrective Services and an ABC story, this has now been overturned – no explanation, no apology.

Dan’s treatment in NSW prisons has been traumatic. Shackled, put in a dry cell, 19 months in solitary confinement, locked in maximum security with convicted criminals, restricted visitation and continued incarceration despite the incredibly weak and error ridden US indictment - one has to wonder who is pulling the strings?
