Black Friday has never felt right in my body. Not personally, and not professionally.

It’s a global dysregulation ritual dressed up as a bargain.

A collective panic-state built on countdown timers, urgency marketing, and “act now or miss out” pressure right before Christmas when everyone is already stretched thin mentally, emotionally and financially.

My entire body of work is built on nervous system regulation.

My entire brand is built on clean leadership.

So why would I ever ask you to buy from dysregulation?

I won’t use manipulation to make you move.
I won’t pull on your fear, your FOMO, or your pressure points.
I won’t force you into a 24-hour window and call it an empowerment discount.

There was a moment on the drive back to the Gold Coast, after everyone had left, after the Skydome was closed, after the last guest had been hugged, when my phone lit up with DMs and texts from all over the world.

Messages from:
🔹️the people who were there.
🔹️the people who have supported me from afar.
🔹️the ones who were silent the entire nine weeks… until the moment it was done.

That’s when the echo landed.

Nine weeks of planning.
Nine weeks of carrying every detail alone.
Nine weeks of ideas, logistics, suppliers, permits, emails, rehearsals, curation, and preparation all held with nothing but my own discipline, my own motivation, my own internal drive (and hot meals at my desk from my Mum).

The Planetarium asked for my highest level of professionalism: filming permits, corporate timelines, approvals, collaboration with the astronomer, early access, safety checks, a three month onboarding process. It required the absolute best of me. And I delivered it.

And even though I know I’m capable… I’m still quietly surprised by the things I can pull off as a one-woman team.
Quietly proud.
Quietly pleased.
Quietly aware of the resilience it takes to do what most people will never see.

What became loud in the stillness afterwards was the sheer scale of what I had achieved. The custom gift bags, ticketing systems, third-party suppliers, market research into a completely new community, a nine-week strategy I built from scratch with no prior data. It was a different kind of leadership. A different level of me.

And here’s what I want you to understand:
My impact is not an accident.
My presence is not improvised.
There is intention behind every part of how I show up mentally, emotionally, energetically, physically.

Every day I ask:
Where am I today?
What can I truly give?
What needs to be completed in the next nine weeks?
How do I support my highest level of coherence in this moment?

Because intention becomes impact.
Clean internal signals become the experience you feel in the room.

And when you plug into me at an event like this, all I want you to feel is peace.

This week, the echo of my intention came back to me clearly. It sounded like pride.

This one goes out to all my Māori ✨

A gift from my manawa (heart) to yours.

I know many people wouldn’t have the opportunity to visit a venue like the Sir Thomas Brisbane Planetarium, so this is my gift to you today.

Last night, as I was guiding everyone through our journey ANCHOR TO PRESENCE beneath the Skydome, Matariki (Pleiades) rose overhead, the same cluster that marks the New Zealand Māori New Year each June.

A time of remembrance, renewal, and calling our visions forward.

It felt important to honour that moment here.
For my tūpuna (ancestors) who used the stars as our navigational GPS, for my only child who carries the future of my lineage and for all Māori around the world who hold our tikanga (customs) close.

Today’s visuals are curated to Hiwa-i-te-rangi by because Hiwa-i-te-rangi in Te Ao Māori (the Māori world) is one of the stars in the Matariki cluster. The star of wishes, intentions, and new pathways.

I wanted to gift you this small glimpse of Matariki’s glow from inside the Skydome.

Mauri ora to you and your whānau (family) ✨
May your days ahead be guided, protected, and deeply aligned with your hopes and dreams.

Energetic hygiene is simple👇🏽

It’s the practice of checking your internal tone before you communicate so your message lands the way you intend it to.

How you feel inside is the first thing people notice.
Your signal guides how you’re read, how others respond and how conversations unfold and its your responsibility as the sovereign ruler of your own life to manage this.

When your internal state is steady, your words become clearer, your interactions run smoother and your outcomes get significantly better.

Frequency hygiene gives you the advantage of clarity, direction and consistency.

In everyday life, in leadership, in relationships, in quick moments and in important decisions.

And frequency hygiene doesnt have to be a hectic meditation, visualisation or ritual. It can be quick methods you can deploy on the spot to keep you on the level. This week I cleared space for an opportunity that felt exciting and full of potential.

As fate would have it, that opportunity would dissolve which was a delicious invitation to stay curious about where God was sending me instead. What opened was inspiration and ideas for new designs.

I woke naturally at five and felt fresh, light and eager to see what would unfold. As I lay in my bed pondering my first movemets for the day, primal creation began to fire up within me. The kettle boils in the core of my being as the soft rumble of divine design makes itself known to me. Downloads incoming.

The space that I created for an opportunity that dissolved became the canvas that inspiration would paint delectable new ideas on. Three new social media video assets were born in under an hour in my bed with my hair in a topknot as creativity moved through my body.

Everything I do moves in sync with my life force and aligns with the frequency of my purpose. Each movement I make is powered by animation of my soul. And as divine design begins to flow through my veins, neural pathways in my brain come alive, my fascia becomes electric as every cell of my DNA switches ON and visions appear, songs begin to play in my head and elements dance into my minds eye layer upon layer building a symphony until I feel the choreography reach its crescendo and my new creation is complete.

This is also what I teach in the Integration Threshold. And it’s how I live life every single day with absolute feeling.

At the end of the day all you can really do is flow with what you know. When you see one or two steps ahead you make decisions based on what is in front of you and trust that if things change it is because God has other plans for you.
