Wonderful few days, working our backsides off producing daily updates for Golden Homes NZ Jet Boat Marathon.
As always, Robyn anchored the coverage out in the river bed in all weather conditions.

Great team effort for Otago Rally this weekend!
Robyn Robyn Cockburn Mullan keeping things together as always!.. feeding the team and lead camera crew!
John McCredie and Matt West (with Eliot in the UK) handling the edits… and Bert, Joe, (Robyn) and their drivers, Matt Devo, Jason and Robbie for the pics.
Of course always good to have Colin Clark holding a mic. Never a dull moment and plenty of laughs all weekend.

It's been a huge week providing coverage for the Golden Homes World Jet Boat Marathon. As always Robyn Cockburn Mullan anchored everything in the river bed each and every day... rain or shine. And there was plenty of the former! Thanks Robyn , and to your team on the river, Lance Kerr, Ian Armstrong (Kermit) and Blaney, who provided a top notch job finding good spots to shoot from in the river.
Special thanks also to Canadian Michael Reeve from Velocity Video Productions who joined our coverage - this was a small tight knit group that is very proud to have provided the extensive coverage we did... despite the lack of sleep!
Huge thanks to Ethan Smith at Golden Homes for providing the consistent support to make all this happen. We (River Racing NZ) are very fortunate to have such a passionate and educated supporter of this minority sport.

Tradition says Friday 13th is Black Magic Media’s birthday!
Back in 1995 when it all began we splurged $200k on a top of the range Avid edit suite and a flash new room in the office to kick things off.
Today, 28 years on, en route to begin a week covering the World Jet Boat Marathon in NZ, I’m sitting with the edit suite (hugely more powerful) on my knee.
