Exploring with kids is no walk in the park… in fact, anything with kids can be a challenge. But I promise you, the tough moments are worth every second.

People often ask how we manage to do what we do with three kids in tow, and honestly, there’s no magic trick. You just have to push through the hard bits to get to the good stuff, and when you see their faces light up as they take in places as magical as this, you realise it’s worth it a hundred times over.

This view completely blew me away! honestly, the whole trip did. It felt like something straight out of a movie.

We stumbled across this quiet little spot just below the main Knox Gorge lookout. Follow the small steps down and you’ll find a flat rock slab, perfect for sitting and soaking it all in.

The Vaast water tank was hands down one of our most-used bits of gear this trip. We filled it with fresh drinking water and used it daily to top up our bottles and for cooking.

The twist-to-open tap was a game changer, no more awkwardly tipping heavy bottles to fill smaller ones. The flow was smooth and easy to control, whether we needed a quick splash or a slow pour. No spills, no wasted water, just simple and efficient.

Only downside? We wish it came with a cap for the tap, dirt had a habit of settling there, and no one’s keen on a crunchy drink, simple fix with a wipe down before use!

Hope you’re ready for the Karijini spam! I definitely got a little carried away with the photos and videos, but honestly, everything was just too stunning not to share 😂
