I was raised with a strong work ethic, believing that hard work was necessary to achieve my goals.
And while that mindset served me well in the past, I've come to realize that it's no longer sustainable in today's fast-paced, tech-driven world.
I'm now embracing a new paradigm, one that values balance, self-care, and intentional living.
As I enter this new chapter, I'm excited to adopt a more feminine approach, one that prioritizes slowing down, feeling, and being present.
I'm committed to working smarter, not harder, and leveraging technology to create a more spacious, joyful, and luxurious life.
It's time for a change, and I'm ready to thrive in this new era.

Good morning everyone

This year is going to be our year to Thrive and Shine in Health and Wealth ✨️

I am going to be diving deep into my health and weath this year, starting with how I take care of myself. Up until now I have been putting everyone else before myself, as we mothers tend to do, but now that my babies have all left the nest it is time for me.

I will be feeding my mind with books and trainings. I will be nourishing by body with good food and water 💧 and exercise, and I will be fueling my soul with fun and laughter and sunshine 🌞

It's time to be the change we want to see in the world starting by incorporating small changes in my daily habit and setting realistic goals for where I want to go in life ✨️

Because nothing changes if nothing changes

I would love to know what small daily habits will you be incorporating into your life this year

Zoloft(Sertraline) / Venlafaxine / Citalopram / Mirtazapine / Fluoxetine / Duloxetine / Seroquel / Lamictal / Lexapro(Escitalopram)/Prozac/ Wellbutrin(Bupropion)/ Lorazepam/ Clonopin/ Cymbalta/Pristiq

If you're unlucky enough to know what these tablets are or know a loved one who takes them, then I don't have to describe to you what this post is regarding. But, if you don't I will fill you in.

That medication allows people to deal with a normal day to day life. Although most days it leaves them tired, spaced out, emotionless, or even super emotional. Crazy right? Why would anyone want to feel like that? Well this is why!!

You see, some people suffer from severe depression and anxiety.

In their brain it doesn't sit right, something seems different. They notice little differences that other people wouldn't.

Most days they wake up sick and feel sleepless.

They consistently over think every situation. Was a comment about them was it a joke? Was that person supposed to laugh? Or did they mean it? Are they being nice? Are they talking about them? Do they talk about them? They then think I bet they don’t like me really.

They say SORRY ALL THE TIME! They feel like they annoy everyone.

And for all those questions they will spend hours trying to answer. Let it all build up in their mind, until it sends them to tears...... it's mental that they see things that way.

It's not only mental changes, but physical changes. They don't eat a lot or they eat way too much. Insomnia, up all night answering questions to situations that don't even exist, or sleep too much and waste half their day still feeling tired.

They still smile and they have every excuse for when you ask why.

The tablets can help them, but sometimes they don't.

Because they know when they start to feel this way or think this way, they need help.

They know that when their behaviour starts to change, They need guidance.

And they understand that they don't need to be ashamed. They don't need to be understood. They just need to be accepted. Everyone is fighting a battle and sometimes you need to be kinder.

So I may just be another person who's talking about mental health....
Living with this illness is hard, but trying to understand it, is even harder. It’s also 100 times harder if they have another condition on top of this.

Don't suffer in silence.❤

Some people are just so rude. If u wake up sunday morning and decide you are going to go out to a bowling centre at lunch time with no booking please don't accuse everyone else around you of being unorganised. Yes the centre is fully booked with tournaments and birthday parties that get booked and organised months in advance. I'm sorry we cannot drop everything to make your life easier but it dose not make us rude, disorganised or unhelpful. Rant over!

"There comes a time in life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad, and focus on the good. So love the people who treat you right, pray for the ones who don't. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is a part of life, getting back up is living." 💜

Today, Fran stands as a testament to the power of resilience and the limitless potential of chasing your dreams at any age. Her journey serves as a beacon of hope for anyone seeking to carve out a fulfilling encore career and secure their financial future on their own terms.
