Today, I saw a post from my mentor about how she wasn’t always confident putting herself out there on social media. And honestly? I felt that. Like-minded people attract like-minded people, and it’s crazy how many similarities we share.

She’s been doing this business a lot longer than me, yet she’s still learning to step outside her comfort zone—just like I am. But here’s the thing: the only thing standing in our way is ourselves.

Whether it’s showing up online, chasing a dream, or even making a difference (like fundraising for my stepdaughter’s school playground 🛝💙), we have to push past the fear and just do the damn thing.

There’s a whole life waiting to be lived to the fullest. Don’t hide. Don’t wait. Just go for it. 💥

Farewell, Old Friend

Yesterday was a bittersweet day, I said goodbye to my beloved Subaru. That car has been with me through so many adventures, memories, and miles. Letting it go wasn’t easy, but it was the right decision.

Why? Because I’m officially halfway to one of my biggest goals for 2025: becoming debt-free!

While it’s tough parting with something that’s been such a big part of my journey, the feeling of progress and financial freedom makes it all worth it. One step closer to a fresh start, new opportunities, and a future without financial stress.

Hey everyone! You might have noticed I haven’t posted in almost two weeks since I shared that I was out of a job… but that’s okay because I’ve been BUSY!

I’ve been working on myself, helping out at my local race track, perfecting my candle and soap-making skills (yes, another hobby/income stream in the making!), and most importantly, soaking up lots of quality time with my gorgeous little family.

I’ve also taken a little step back from my online business, but the beauty of it is it’s always there, ready to pick up and go again when I’m ready! And guess what? I’m back and ready to rip into it even more… get ready to be sick of seeing me!

Social media isn’t always what it seems. While I’ve been posting a lot of positivity sharing beautiful moments, traveling to Bali (which I still haven’t even posted about yet, sorry!)the reality behind the scenes has been different.

The truth is, I haven’t had a job. I actually got fired a week before I left for Bali. And while I’ve been trying to stay positive, keep moving forward, and focus on the good, it doesn’t mean everything has been easy.

It’s a reminder that what we see online is often just a highlight reel. We all go through ups and downs, no matter what our feeds might look like. If you’re struggling right now, just know you’re not alone. We’re all figuring it out in our own way.

I love this analogy!

You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.

Why did you spill the coffee?

"Because someone bumped into me!!!"

Wrong answer.

You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.

Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.

*Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.*

Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.

*So we have to ask ourselves... "what's in my cup?"*

When life gets tough, what spills over?

Joy, gratefulness, peace and humility?

Anger, bitterness, harsh words and reactions?

Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.

Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.
