🥭 Mango Festival Perth – Part 2 ✨

The celebrations continued into the night, and the atmosphere was absolutely incredible! 🌙 We enjoyed refreshing Sher Jaan, delicious mango kulfi, and watched everyone having an amazing time.

The most exciting moment was finally receiving our boxes of fresh Pakistani mangoes. 🥭 We were so happy to take them home and enjoy the authentic taste of Pakistan right here in Perth.

A big thank you to the organizers for bringing this wonderful event and making it such a memorable experience for the community. ❤️

The evening ended on a perfect note with a beautiful Qawwali Night, filling the festival with music, culture, and unforgettable vibes.

If you're craving authentic Pakistani flavours in Perth, Lahori Dera is worth a visit! 😍 The roasted quail was the absolute star of the meal—juicy, flavourful, and a must-try! ⭐ The BBQ platter was okay, but the Chicken Tikka Tandoori Pizza tasted just like the pizzas back in Pakistan. We wrapped it up with a refreshing Mint Margarita. Definitely adding this place to our favourites!

✈️ If you're looking for a family-friendly spot in Perth, this place is definitely worth checking out!

Our kids had only one request: "Mumma, let's go somewhere with a playground!" And this place was the perfect choice. The huge airplane display is the main attraction, and there are plenty of playground activities to keep the little ones entertained for hours.

We spent a beautiful afternoon and evening here, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere, the bonfire, and watching the kids have the best time. There are multiple food outlets to choose from, making it a great place for families.

As we were looking for halal-friendly options, we ended up trying the vegan menu. While the vegan food was quite expensive and the taste was only average, the overall experience and family-friendly environment made the visit worthwhile.

If your kids love planes, playgrounds, and outdoor fun, this is definitely a place to add to your Perth bucket list! ✈️🛝🌅

We finally checked out Paratha & Barbecue Junction at Gosnells Oval, and it definitely lived up to the hype! 🔥

Everything was made fresh to order—from the smoky BBQ to the delicious paratha rolls. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but watching the food being freshly prepared made it completely worth it.

The BBQ platters were the highlight—full of flavour, perfectly grilled, and generously served. The atmosphere was lively, the staff were friendly, and the whole experience felt like enjoying authentic Pakistani street food right here in Perth.

If you're looking for fresh Pakistani BBQ with amazing flavours, this new food truck is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

At this point, we're not travelling... we're just moving the kitchen from one location to another! 🤣

Perth's Pakistani MasterChef ladies were all under one roof! 😍🇵🇰

Our lovely friend Faiza hosted a beautiful One Dish Party at the community centre, and what an amazing evening it was! It honestly felt like all the Pakistani MasterChef ladies in Perth had gathered together.

The food was absolutely incredible! From delicious nihari and flavour-packed haleem to perfectly cooked rice and the most mouthwatering desserts, every single dish was made with so much love and care. And the cake? It was unbelievably soft, fresh, and absolutely delicious!

More than the food, it was the warmth, laughter, and wonderful company that made the evening so special. These gatherings remind us how lucky we are to have such a beautiful Pakistani community here in Perth.

A huge thank you to Faiza for hosting such a memorable event. We had an amazing time, made beautiful memories, and can't wait for the next get-together! ❤️

If you're looking for a unique weekend experience in Perth, the Arab Artisan Market at Mills Park Centre in Beckenham is definitely worth a visit! 🌿✨

We had such a lovely time exploring this beautiful community market. It was full of authentic Arab culture, delicious food, and incredibly talented local artisans. One of the highlights was trying traditional barley coffee, which had a rich, comforting flavour and was something completely different from our usual coffee.

The market was filled with the aroma of freshly prepared Arabic food. From sweet treats to savoury dishes, there was plenty to tempt every taste bud. As we wandered through the stalls, we found stunning handcrafted items, including beautiful home décor, jewellery, traditional gifts, artwork, and handmade accessories. You could really see the time, creativity, and passion that had gone into every piece.

The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and family-friendly. It was wonderful to see people from different backgrounds coming together to celebrate Arab culture, support local small businesses, and enjoy a relaxing day out.

If you're in Perth and looking for something different to do on the weekend, I highly recommend visiting the Arab Artisan Market. It's a fantastic place to discover authentic flavours, shop for unique handmade treasures, and experience the rich traditions of the Arab community. We truly enjoyed our visit and can't wait to come back again!

Aaj ka vlog dil ko khush kar dene wala hai! 💚 Hum sab ne milkar fresh saag saaf kiya, kaata aur lagbhag 3 ghante tak dheemi aanch par pakaya. Phir desi style tadka lagaya aur upar se makhan ka swaad... bas maza hi aa gaya! Auntie ne haathon se garma-garam gol-gol makki ki rotiyan banayi, aur har bite ne Punjab ki yaad taza kar di.
Australia mein rehkar bhi jab apne log, apni rasmein aur apna khaana saath ho, toh lagta hai jaise chhota sa Punjab yahin bas gaya ho. Agar aapko bhi desi khaane aur family vlogs pasand hain, toh video ko Like, Share aur Subscribe karna mat bhooliye! ❤️

Birthday Party at Layalpur Dera, Victoria Park 🎉
We recently attended a birthday party at Layalpur Dera, Victoria Park, and it was such a wonderful experience!
The venue had a beautiful setup with a spacious seating area that comfortably accommodated around 70 guests, including children. The decorations were elegant, the hosting was excellent, and everything was well organized.
Now let's talk about the food—because it was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed Doodh Dulari, Suji Halwa, Chicken Karahi, Mutton Karahi, Chicken BBQ, Haleem, Sarson Ka Saag, Fried Fish, Nuggets, along with three different chutneys and fresh salad. Every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and delicious.
Another great thing about this venue is that there's plenty of parking available, which makes it very convenient for guests. They also provide catering services, so they're a great option for birthdays, family gatherings, and other special events.
And the best part? Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and service they offer.
Highly recommended! If you're looking for a venue for your next event, definitely check out Layalpur Dera, Victoria Park. You won't be disappointed!

Looking for the perfect weekend food spot in Perth? We visited the Crimea Street Food Trucks on a chilly winter evening, and the warm, comforting food made it absolutely worth the trip! ❄️🔥
Our first stop was Desi Momos, where we tried their Dahi Puri. It tasted just like authentic Pakistani golgappas—crispy, tangy, creamy, and full of flavour. If you're craving desi street food, this is definitely worth trying!
Next, we headed to Spud Central for their famous Curry Katsu Bowl, and it completely lived up to the hype! Imagine a fluffy baked potato with melted butter mixed through, topped with fresh herbs, a generous layer of cheese, crispy chicken, rich Japanese curry, a drizzle of delicious sauce, pickled ginger, and a dollop of sour cream. Every bite was warm, comforting, and packed with flavour—perfect for a cold Perth night!
