100 gram Yoghurt
15 gram Salt
5 gram Turmeric
3 gram Shahi garam masala
(As Required For the curry)
4 piece Dried red chilies
10 piece Cloves
1 large cinnamon

Simple recipe for Egg Biryani
Ingredients :

Egg - 12pcs
For Egg Tempering :
Oil - 1 spoon
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Tumeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
For Biryani Masala :
Coriander seeds - 1 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Mace flower - 1inch
Star Anise - 1
Green cardamom - 2
Black cardamom - 1
Clove - 5-7
Black pepper - 10-12
Bay leaf - 1
Poppy seeds - 1/2 spoon
Caraway seeds - 1/2 spoon
Fennel seeds - 1/2 spoon
Dry res Chili - 3-4
For Main Tempering :
Oil - 4-5 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 spoon
Bag leaf - 1
