People can underestimate the power of AWARENESS

The subtle sciences of yoga, ayurveda, homeopathy etc etc see the body and mind as a vast network of energetic systems; from the most subtle all the way down to the gross manifest form of physical matter.

Chakras are wheels of energy that correlate to networks of energy channels governing the organs and areas of the body and mind. Some claim that the ancient texts describe 88,000 chakras in our makeup in total! More commonly known are the seven main energy centres from the base all the way up to the crown.

Blockages in the energetic system can correlate to blockages in the physical body or the mind, often manifesting in disease of some sort. Even feeling dull, fatigued, agitated, or disregulated will show an imbalance in the energetic system.

Yoga guides awareness with the breath through the body to purify energy centres in the body and release stress, tension, and toxic stored patterns and emotions. It is a process and takes steadfast application. But the journey brings emense pleasure and freedom within. The Yogis say our natural state is BLISS. Our fundamental energy is bliss itself, so the more we unwind and release, we feel authentic, peaceful, and our own buoyant, blissful energy within.

I am running a 2 hour deep relaxation yoga session, focusing on chakra balancing
a, in the Energy Enhancement System on 24th April, 6-8pm

This room lends itself to gentle yoga that works with subtle awareness and the breath, finishing with a long yoga nidra deep relaxation at the end. This is truly a special place to do yoga. Immersing in scalar energy with fountains of light photons for cellular regeneration 🥰⚕️

Yoga has been a faithful guide in my life to overcome many challenges and face the journey with a light heart and strong spirit.

It is shared by those who have tread the path before.

These practices are transformational and behold the bliss of life for those who are willing to try.

At the very least, they build resilience and vigour in the physical, emotional, and mental bodies.

I would love to see yoga in schools around the world! Setting kids and teens up with life skills they can draw upon for a lifetime.

There is a reason why we read "The Old Man and the Sea" by Ernest Hemingway in school, right?

The boat can get rocky! So, having a strong, authentic sense of self is crucial for navigating that.

Interestingly, the Yogis use the analogy of waves on the ocean to describe the nature of life.

Accessing our innate energy through gentle yoga movement and awareness, in an energy enhanced room is an experience to be had.

My personal interest in working with more subtle forms of yoga and exploring the quantum field and energetics, has led me to see the profoundly healing potential with this combination.

Especially when the body and the mind are burnt out, how do you then put in more effort to repair?

The Energy Enhancement System and gentle movements help to facilitate healing and evolve to more enhanced well being.
