Meet Michelle, a local tourguide and eagle whisperer who's been working with fish eagles on the lake. She's got a special bond with these majestic birds, and we're excited to share her rare gift with you.

Imagine being on a sunset boat ride, surrounded by the serene beauty of Lake Malawi, when Michelle starts whistling and calling out to the fish eagles by name. With a toss of fish into the water, these magnificent birds swoop down to collect their treats. What's even more fascinating is that the eagles are monogamous, taking turns watching their eggs while their partner hunts for food!

Some tour guides in the area have even given names to the different eagle pairs, like Leon and Shelley. With a simple whistle and call, these birds respond, showcasing their incredible bond with the guides
