There's one habit that doubles your filming time and your editor's workload, and almost everyone does it.
Stopping the camera every time you fumble a line.
Next time you make an error on camera, keep recording. Pause for a second or two, then restart the sentence. That pause shows up clearly in the waveform when you edit, so the mistake gets cut out in seconds and the finished video flows like it was one clean take.
Perfectionism in the moment is costing you hours in the edit.
