Aidan Butler (ABTEQ) is Clyde through and through. From season 1995 onwards, his Uncle took him to the games as it was the local team when he lived in Kilsyth. His Father also owned a bar next to Queen Street station which unofficially became the Clyde Supporters bar before their train journey out to Croy on match days at Broadwood back in the late 90s.
Aidan lives in Perth Australia now, and has done for years but always follows Clyde and gets to games when back home visiting family and friends.
Under the ABTEQ alias, he has been producing music of the Harder Styles since 2022 but his sound has went from Hardstyle to more Uptempo Hardcore and a new sound known as Deutscher Krach where heβs worked with top artists such as Cyber Gunz, Schlot and EQUAL2 within that scene.
Season 23-24 is when the ABTEQ logo was first associated with Clyde, the logo on our home shirt sleeve . The aim was to assist Clyde any way he could to beat the drop that year.
Now supporting again throughout the playoffs to ensure we donβt wait any longer to move up the leagues!
ABTEQ aims to be a major name in the hardcore scene so you may just see a Clyde top when performing at major festivals in the near future.
