If someone asked you why you’re working so hard… what would your answer be?

It’s a question I’ve been asking myself lately.

Life got busy enough that I stopped making space for the thing that reminded me why I started.

Not because I stopped believing in it.

But because when life gets full, it’s easy to lose sight of the bigger picture.

Then it hit me…

I used to think I was building an online business.

Now I realise I’ve always been building something much bigger than that.

More choice.

The choice to be present.
The choice to work around my family.
The choice to say yes to opportunities.
The choice to build a life that feels aligned with what matters most to me.

Because at the end of the day, that’s what I’m really building.

More choice.

And that’s exactly why I’m excited about this Wednesday.

Our community is hosting a masterclass that walks through what I actually do online, why I chose this path, what getting started looked like before this promotion, and what it looks like if you got started now.

There are already 94 people registered, and I think that’s because so many people are quietly asking themselves the same question…

ā€œIs there another way?ā€

If you’ve ever wondered what I actually do, or you’re simply curious about what’s possible, I’d love to invite you along.

No pressure.
No expectations.
Just information.

Because one conversation could be the thing that gives you another choice you didn’t know you had.

Send me a šŸ¤ or comment CHOICE, and I’ll send you the details.

A little reminder to myself…

I don’t have to have the perfect words to start.

I just have to start. šŸ¤

I didn’t feel like working out today.

Sh*tty sleep. Sore body. Zero energy.

And it would be very easy for me to say,
ā€œI’ll do it tomorrow.ā€

But let’s be honest…
that’s the version of me that keeps breaking her own word.

No one else sees it.
But I do.

And I’m tired of being someone who negotiates with herself every time things feel hard.

I said I was going to show up.
So I’m showing up.

Not because I feel like it…
but because I’m learning to trust myself.

And

now that I’ve finished this morning’s session…
I feel so good. Proud that I actually did it.

Because the hardest part was never the workout —
it was the decision to show up.

So next time you feel like not sticking to your word,
ask yourself this:

How will I feel after I’ve done it?

Taking care of me isn’t selfish… it’s how they get the best of me.

I used to believe that success meant being busy.

A full calendar.
Early alarms.
Always rushing somewhere.
Packing my bags for an early morning flight and trying to sneak a moment in with the kids before I left. āœˆļø

If your schedule wasn’t packed… you probably weren’t doing enough.

At least that’s what I told myself.

But somewhere along the way I started questioning it.

If the whole point of working so hard is to build a better life…
why did it feel like I had no time to actually live it?

And something else I didn’t realise until I slowed down…

Just how shot my nervous system actually was.

Constant stress.
Always switched on.
Living in fight or flight mode without even realising it.

That’s no way for a mum to live…
let alone any woman. šŸ¤

Now success looks a little different.

Slow mornings. ā˜•
Coffee while it’s still hot… well sometimes I may have to heat it up a few times if the kids need more attention from me. šŸ˜…
A good book. šŸ“–
My kids playing in the backyard. 🌿

Moments that used to feel rare… are slowly becoming normal.

And honestly, I wouldn’t trade that for a full schedule ever again. ✨

Sometimes the life we want starts the moment we stop accepting the one that’s exhausting us. ✨

I used to think what I needed was more money.

I’d tell myself,
ā€œOnce I earn more, things will feel easier.ā€
ā€œOnce I hit this number, I’ll relax.ā€

But if I’m honest…
what I was really craving wasn’t money.
It was time ā³

Time to not rush my mornings.
Time to train without watching the clock.
Time to cook a proper meal instead of grabbing whatever was quick.
Time to sit with my kids without my brain being somewhere else.

There was a season where every hour of my day
felt accounted for.
If I wasn’t working, I felt guilty.
If I was resting, I felt behind.
And if I slowed down, I worried about money.

It’s a strange feeling…
being busy all the time
but still feeling like life is passing you by.

And I remember thinking,
Surely this isn’t what it’s meant to feel like forever.

That’s when it clicked for me —
I didn’t just want to earn more.
I wanted breathing room.
I wanted choice.
I wanted to wake up and not feel like I was already behind šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø

Because when you actually have time…
you look after your body better.
You’re more patient.
You think clearer.
You enjoy things again 🌿

Money matters, of course it does.
But for me, it stopped being about the number
and started being about the life that number allowed me to live.

If you’ve been feeling like you’re constantly ā€œonā€ and quietly craving more space in your days… you’re not alone šŸ¤ And if you ever want to talk about ways to create more breathing room in your life, my inbox is open.
