Here are some suggestions for your written bio.

*Be honest. If you have 3 kids, say you have 3 kids.
*Don’t sound angry or bitter. If you have had a hard time on the apps, don’t show it! We can sense when someone is over it.
*Don’t call your ex crazy or refer to women or men badly!
*Be truthful about your age. Don’t have it as 46, and then say, “I’m actually 54, I don’t know how to change it?” Major turnoff and a red flag. You know exactly what you're doing.
*Use your real name. Where your first name is required, be honest.

Just an fyi and shout out to Sarah from Tweak. Had a good chat with her and showed her my online dating profile, in which I told her I wasn’t getting as many likes as I thought I was. She gave me advice and tips to update my profile to make it more appealing and wow!

Tips on pics!

1. No lying-in-the-bed shots-cringe!
2. Do not have an alcoholic beverage in all your pics.
3. Make sure it's obvious who you are in pics with your friends.
4. No half naked shots in the bathroom-also cringe.
5. Try and have shots that show you doing what you love.
6. Do not repeat pics. This show laziness! And that's not what you want to express to a future partner.
