In just two weeks, our incredible community helped raise $15,000 to secure the future of 89 7FM’s broadcast infrastructure. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
To every listener who made a donation, every volunteer who shared the appeal, every supporter who spread the word, and everyone who believed in what 89 7FM means to our community, this achievement belongs to you.
When we launched the appeal, we knew the challenge was significant.
Could we raise enough in such a short time? Would our community rally behind us when we needed it most?
You answered those questions with a resounding Yes!
Your generosity, kindness, and commitment remind us that 89 7FM is far more than a radio station. It is a gathering place for stories, local voices, shared experiences, and community connections. It is something we build together.
Of course, the journey doesn’t end here.
While the funds have been raised, there is still important work ahead. The new equipment must be purchased, delivered, installed, configured, tested, and brought into service.
There will undoubtedly be challenges along the way, but thanks to your support, we can move forward with confidence.
Because of you, we can keep our promise to serve the community.
Because of you, local voices will continue to be heard.
Because of you, 89 7FM can continue connecting, informing, entertaining, and supporting our listeners for years to come.
