We gotta say, it’s been a while since a theatre performance has knocked our socks off like did at their opening at on Sunday evening.

Don’t let the show’s premise - set around the events of 9/11 - deter you. This show is a good time: genuinely hilarious, pacey and soul-stirring, the Aussie cast draw viewers into an enchanting 100 minute performance - no intermission necessary.

Its on until May 26, so there’s still time to get your tix. HIGHLY recommend 🙏

What do you get when Perth’s reigning Grazing Queen gets a small bar licence in a cosy Leedy laneway? Powell’s: Perth’s first Fromagerie & Wine Bar. 🧀🍷

Aforementioned queen Jasmine Powell of is known for her iconic grazing boards, jam-packed with the best quality cheeses, cured meats and treats she has foraged far and wide for. The produce quality - plus Jas’ knack for beautiful design (seriously, have you SEEN those boards?) - have rendered Tapas Addict a staple in the Perth events scene and beyond, having recently expanded into Melbourne.

So - what can you expect from Miss Powell’s new Perth staple, the eponymous bar nestled in Leederville’s Electric Lane? A breezy and bright atmosphere, cosy seating, conversation starter cards as coasters. Fresh, light and crunchy bites, focaccia galore and a perfectly-curated wine list to boot.

Perth's first high-end playground for the home rehab-obsessed is opening today in the heart of Freo.

At World of Renovation, you'll find all things redecoration and renovation in one stunning heritage building. Everything in this (huge) space is impeccably executed, with walls of delicate interiors and inspiration for your home, as well as ample space to ponder said interiors. The space itself is a testament to its owner.

Yup - reno mastermind Sasha DeBretton of Million Dollar Makeovers has even included dreamy seating spaces and a self-titled cafe where you can sit and take it all in. Judging by the launch on Thursday, this place knows how to get it done to a VERY high standard.

North Fremantle's Queen Victoria strip is shaping up to be one of Perth's hippest new areas, with brand new hotspots popping up by the day.

We checked out its newest addition this morning: North Freo native Casey McLean's Hot Wax brow and lash studio (www.hotwaxbrowstudio.com).

Surrounded by local faves Short Black Sheep, Mrs Brown Bar and Ooh La La, Hot Wax's quaint setup, dreamy tunes and cold-hard results will have you hooked on your next voyage to the Queen Vic strip.

Big call - but we reckon the Perth coffee scene rivals Melbourne's. At the very least, the cup art is world class.
