🦋 Celebrating 🥳 home grown capsicums. Did some research and found that red, green, yellow or orange capsicums all come from green capsicums. Their varying colours reflect the maturity stage of capsicums.

Red ❤️ - fully ripened (highest content of vitamin C)
Green 💚 - harvested earlier, a little bitter in taste, has high content of polyphenols* (like young green tea leaves)
Yellow & Orange 💛🧡 - they in the ripening stage between the green and red

Capsicums (especially the red, yellow and orange) helps to lower stress levels which in turn, will keep your tummy nice and flat!

🦋 Yesterday was a celebration of my state, Western Australia...we call it WA Day. The state celebrates the day with various festivals and events and of course we had a long weekend!

My little family celebrated it by discovering two coastal towns, here’s a glimpse.

We don’t need to travel 🧳 abroad...so much to discover where we are.

🦋 We celebrate what we do...at our office (with year end or Christmas parties), our business (with an achievement night). Sometimes we need to celebrate what others do, other businesses we know. When we support others, especially small business owners...we support a family, family’s dream or a child’s future dream.

Today I was at a Tupperware party. Though not into plastic storage, I attended. Was fun and got to see their latest items. I bought a flask... to use in winter and to support a small business owner.
