The launch of EON Aboriginal Foundation’s new website aligns with a pretty special milestone. This incredible Child Health Foundation has just ticked over 20 years of working within remote communities to turn preventative health into everyday action.

To match their empowering approach, our goal was to build a platform that accurately conveyed the nature and significance of EON’s engagement method and story, making it easier for visitors to take meaningful action.

Not only does the site deliver a seamless user experience, it accurately reinforces EON’s mission, values and identity as a critical figure addressing health disparities between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal children.

It was great to catch up with Emperor Director, Phil McNamara, who provided us with insight into the company’s Judith Gas Field Project in Gippsland, Victoria.

Despite being discovered by Shell in 1989, Judith retains untapped potential – hosting 165 Billion Cubic Feet (BCF) of contingent resources.

From its proximity to the Eastern and Longford gas lines that feed into Melbourne and Sydney to yielding enough gas to power large-scale operations for more than 15 years, its scale and location demonstrate Judith’s potential.

Earlier this month we connected with Emperor Energy (ASX:EMP) Director, Phil McNamara, at the Good Oil & Gas Energy Conference in Perth.

Giving us a rundown of the past 12 months, he explained Emperor’s strategic relationship with Argonaut, who has helped the Company raise substantial capital for Project operations.

Among other progressive achievements, these funds have allowed Emperor to seek environmental approval for drilling and conduct a comprehensive financial analysis with trusted international analysts. Emperor is well on track to commence drilling at the Judith Well midway through 2026.

Artistic talent is the foundation that drives our creative approach.

We’ve been working closely with the EON Aboriginal Foundation, a company tackling preventable diseases experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children through education and nutrition-focused programs.

Our designer, Tyla Durell, created bespoke elements to enhance the UX design of EON’s fresh new website that our developers are currently building. However, we couldn’t achieve this with software alone.

We leveraged our team's traditional artistic talent to create iconography that a computer couldn't replicate. Tyla grabbed her trusty paint and brush and drew EON’s new icons by hand – new tricks can’t always outsmart old talent.

From design to dev and content, Gilligan Group has real artists in its team. 🎨

West Wits Mining Head of Corporate Affairs Tozama Kulati Siwisa took out the category, taking the stage with a powerful and inspiring speech that brought the audience to tears.

Awarded for uplifting the environmental, governmental and community frameworks of the Witwatersrand Basin Project in South Africa, Tozama has been instrumental in empowering young people and women, increasing the employment rate and supporting sustainable livelihoods beyond mining.

Throughout Tozama’s 20+ year journey to executive director, she faced hurdles of adversity. From loss and unemployment to early parenthood, the odds of success were stacked against her... she proved the punters wrong.

Tozama is an advocate for inclusive leadership, ESG strategy, stakeholder diplomacy and women's advancement in mining. It was an honour sponsoring this category, and we couldn’t have picked a more deserving winner of the award ourselves.

She is a true inspiration, proving that with courage, discipline and self-belief, anyone can achieve their dreams, regardless of circumstance 👏👏
